CottagesWhere can you find, hiking, fishing, biking, rock climbing, golf, horseback riding, nature walks, canoeing, boating, swimming and white water rafting all in a setting that will take your breath away? Here in the Adirondack Mountains. Perhaps you are more of a spectator than a participator. If that is the case, enjoy any one of the many year round area events.

We know Spring is here, when the first trillium pokes it's head up, and the brooks begin to bubble with the advent of melting snow. It is as if the entire world is waking up to an Adirondack morning. One of your first stops should be the Adirondack Museum and it's spring and summer programs. adirondack

A true joy is taking one of the Adirondack Park Visitors Interpretive Center's "Guided Walks", and just enjoying this amazing time of year.

The Olympic SkiJumping Complex will dazzle you with year round ski jumping and the incredible freestyle performances. For a truly breathtaking view, ride the chair lift and elevator to the top, and see the Adirondacks as you have never seen them before. Just across the road, don't miss the I Love New York Horse Show at the end of June. Of course, what would the 4th of July be without fireworks. The towns and villages of the Adirondacks have some of the best fireworks displays anywhere.
