Main house consists of two floors with 1700 square feet, one full bathroom, antique spiral stair case, fireplace and split level first floor. House is completely screened.

Present Bedroom Configurations: Master-two Adults, Master Guest- two Adults, Guest room-two Adults and Child's room-one Child or one Adult.

All Bedroom are on the second floor. The Point House can accommodates two people, if they can rough it for a short term.

Boat House (access is usually not made available), a dock for fishing, outside fireplace, adirondack picnic table, and a gradual private sandy beach.
